if convicted of a drug possession felony?
hello, my question is if i am convicted of a drug felony possession of meth and got rehab with a 3 year suspended sentence and didn’t complete the program, what can i do if 7 years have passed and i have been clean, is there any alternatives to avoid prison?
depends on your PO…If there is warrant then you will be arrested and attend a revocation of probation hearing and then all that will be determined.
I suppose if you were, in face, clean then that may play to your advantage. I would be sure have some money to give to your probation officer for your fine(s). that also looks good.
